Mine has more buttons than the one pictured. Is this the right repair for a ‘08 Prius with 7 buttons on the sides of the screen? The three right buttons don’t work and the map (using steering wheel button) just shows lines. This started suddenly two days ago.

My 09 has more buttons like yours. Mine had completely stopped working and was using my steering wheel controls. I sent in in to up fix and it now works flawlessly! They’ll fix it!

Yes we fix both the 7-button and the 4-button Prius MFDs. The buttons themselves typically don't fail unless there's physical damage however the unit itself does have circuit board issues that you affect the touch and responsiveness of those buttons.
