E90 is the code on my Frigidaire Affinity washer. I'm not sure if the control board has to be repaired. I'm not sure which part has to be fixed.

The code for the error E90 is a generic error code. It's signaling a communication problem between your machine's two boards. It doesn't say where the issue could be. The E90 error code might have been triggered by a power outage or a faulty connection. This is frequently due to a bad electrical connection on the main board.
