The washing machine is stuck on stop. What may be the issue?

On the control panel, look for a jammed button. After that, disconnect the power, then the top panel, and finally the control panel assembly. Check any broken or jammed buttons, as well as the plastic return spring assembly, by separating the control board from the control panel. After checking everything and all looks good. But you still have the same problem, then the control board is most likely faulty. We can repair faulty control boards.
