When I start the washer, the doors lock, and it only drops a small amount of water. It drains the water but never spins when you set it on spin cycle. E59 is the code for it. I double-checked the wiring on the control board . everything works, but it won't spin.

There was no tach signal for 3 seconds, according to the E59 fault code. If the motor pulley does not spin freely, the motor should be replaced. Toss the tub pulley around. Check the tub bearing if it does not spin freely. If both are in good working order, repair the speed control board.
