All of the lights on my washer are on, but nothing is occurring. There is a small amount of water in it, and the drain pump makes a continuous clinging sound. There are no cycles that work like spin.

Thank you for getting in touch with us. If there is water in it and it would not drain, check for blockages and repair the pump if required. I hope this information is useful.
