Water will not enter the drum of a Frigidaire washer. Will not allow water to escape. Where should I start looking for a problem?

Check the pump to determine whether it's broken or blocked in the filter. After checking everything and all looks good. But you still have the same problem, then the control board is most likely faulty. But we do fix faulty control board modules.
