E43 is the error code I'm getting. As a result, the washer will not complete the last spin. The washer ran for two cycles before ceasing to spin. Is it the speed control board or the main control board that's at fault?

You may inspect the harness for any damaged wires or connections. Repair the main control board on the machine if everything checks out. Here is the service link https://www.upfix.com/product-category/appliances/washing-machine/
