The washer has come to a standstill in the middle of its cycle. Not sure what causing this problem. Is this is something you can fix?

Check to see that the water valve is in excellent working order and that both the hot and cold water function properly. If that's the case, the control board may need to be repaired. Here is more info https://www.upfix.com/product-category/appliances/washing-machine/
