A power outage occurred lately. The outlet breaker was tripped when it was reconnected. The electricity in the outlet was confirmed when it was reset, but my washer was still not operating. When the device is plugged in, all of the display lights turn on. Is this a sign that the main control board or may it be something else?

The power spike is quite likely to have caused damage to the primary control board. Check for 120 VAC across the two wires in the J 14 connection on the main control board with a multimeter if you have one. If the voltage is present then you have a faulty board.
