The washer no hot water. While I inspected I discovered that the hot water valve had no power when it was meant to be filling with hot water. I can only locate electricity to the center valve on the cold side. Is the main control board to blame for this?

A defective control board will prevent power from reaching the hot water valve. But we do fix faulty control board modules. Here is more info
