The washer has stopped working, and I'm getting an E6E error message. It refuses to enter test mode, and the only sound you hear is the door lock activating. Is it possible that my main control board has failed?

The E6E error code indicates a problem with communication. You should double-check that all connections are secure and fully connected. Additionally, inspect the wiring for any broken or damaged wires. If everything seems good, you should repair the main control board.
