Hello, I'm hoping you can help me with my problem. The washer has a time jump and won't finish the wash cycle. Is this a control panel issue?

First, you would want to check to see whether the drain pump on the unit is blocked. You'll need to repair the control board on the unit if it's clear and draining correctly. Here is a link for more information https://www.upfix.com/product-category/appliances/washing-machine/
