The washer gives me e23 error code. So i repair the control board, Now the drain pump is fried , Does the drain pump have anything to do with the motor control board ?

It's possible that it harmed the control board. But try Installing a new pump first and see what happens. Because the pump was already burned out, it is unlikely that it caused any harm to the main control board. After checking everything and all looks good. But you still have the same problem, then the control board is most likely faulty. We can repair faulty control boards.
