The washer runs for a little bit and then stops. Tub agitation is sporadic rather than continual when it is running. Because the tub was not draining, I changed the drain pump. E21 is the error code. Is there a problem with the control board?

E21 – Drain flow error is the error code for a drain flow error. When the device detects that the draining process is taking too long, this error will appear. A clog in the coin trap or the drain line might be the source of this error. When you changed the pump, did you check the filter? If not, it might be clogged, causing the equipment to malfunction. If everything within the unit is in working order, the problem might be with the pressure switch or the pressure pipe, which is giving the control board a misleading reading. Hope it helps.
