We got error code E20. What does the error code E20 mean? Everything works fine.is it something I should be concerned about?

E20 is an error code. It's when your machine detects that the drum isn't draining properly. We do not advocate utilizing the appliance until the issue has been resolved entirely. should look into the following: 1. Make sure there are no obstructions in the drainpipe. Restriction, and then fix the problem. There are no restrictions, therefore go to the next stage. 2. Turn on the washer and check the drain pump for 120 volts. Repair the Main Control Board at zero. Remove the pump from the 120V circuit and inspect it for obstruction. If the restriction is blocked, remove it; if it isn't, replace the pump. if you end up with a faulty control board, we can repair it for you.
