E53 is the error code I'm getting. In diagnostics mode, the drum will revolve very little and halt on the wash and spin cycles. I'm assuming it's a motor or a speed control board.

Low voltage to the speed control board is indicated by the E53 error code. If the wiring between the main control board and the speed control board appears to be in good working order, the speed control board should be repaired.
