When I press the start button, it makes the necessary clicking sounds but then does nothing. I'm not getting any errors. I double-checked the belt and it appears to be in good condition. Do you have any suggestions?

If the washer does not fill but looks to be attempting to start, inspect to see if the water valve is blocked. If the water valve is blocked up, the unit will not work. The first thing you should do is pull out the tech sheet from the equipment and run a troubleshooting mode to see if any problem codes have been saved. If that's the case, this will guide you in the right direction for repairs.
