I'm getting an error code that says my control board is broken. Is it possible that our washer's failure is due to the control board? The person who checked it out said it was that, and he also changed the door lock to make sure it wasn't the door. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Make certain that the pump is not blocked. If it's clear and the code persists, the control board will need to be repaired. We can rebuild faulty control board modules, here is the link
