The washer will not start, and the indicator will show a dr. When I put the device in troubleshooting mode, the error code E41 appeared on the screen. Is this a sign that the main control board is malfunctioning, and if so, which one?

The control board must "see" the door switch circuit open and shut, therefore double-check the switch circuit, and ensure that the door also actuates the switch.
