The washer will not empty on any cycle, even the spin cycle. Error code E35 . Is it the control board that's the issue?

The E35 error number indicates a problem with the pressure switch. First, unplug the pressure sensor tube from the pressure switch and blow through it to make sure it's not clogged. Then ensure that no wires are broken or lose. Then If you do a continuity test on these wires, you should be able to detect whether or not the pressure switch is reading water in the tub. It could be a pressure sensor or main control board faulty. If you got a faulty board, we can fix that issue for you.
