The Frigidaire washer has stopped spinning,. I did inspect the wiring assuming a faulty circuit board . I keep thinking it'll be the motor control board, but it might also be the main control board.

You may run the unit through a spin cycle to determine whether power is going to the speed control board; if it is, the speed control is broken. But most likely the mainboard is faulty. Here is the service link https://www.upfix.com/product-category/appliances/washing-machine/
