Our machine is stopping it either doesn't start the cycle at all or runs for a few minutes before buzzing. Is this the control panel?

It seems to be the main board. The board is in charge of controlling the cycles if they aren't performing properly. Repair the main board of the unit if all connections look good. Here is the link https://www.upfix.com/product-category/appliances/washing-machine/
