Our affinity washer has stopped working. I was able to trace the source of the power to the control board and door lock on the washer. When you spin the selection knob, nothing occurs. Is my main control boar broken?

If the board is powered but does not light up, you will need to repair the unit's main control board. Here is the service link https://www.upfix.com/product-category/appliances/washing-machine/
