Our washer completes all of the cycles but does not spin. I ran it through diagnostics and it passed all the tests. Except for the spin, everything appears to be in order. Everything I've read so far has pointed to the door lock or the main control panel. How can I figure out what the issue is?

It will not complete a full spin cycle if the door lock needs to speak with the main control board to inform it that it is locked. The door lock appears to be broken and will require replacement. I hope this information is useful.
