My washer won't finish its cycles. e52 is the error code.

A defective tacho generator signal is indicated by the e52 error code. Disconnect the drive motor's connector and check the motor's pins 4 and 5 for resistance. If the measurement is between 105 and 130 Ohms, the speed control board should be repaired. If the meter shows anything other than 105 to 130 Ohms, the motor should be replaced.
