My washer gives me the E56 error code. I was hoping you could assist me with issue code e56.

This would imply a high motor current if the equipment had an e56 fault code. You should look into the following: 1. Disconnect the motor's belt and rotate the motor pulley. Is the motor free to spin? Replace the motor instead. Yes, go to step (3). 2. Pull the tub pulley and spin it. Is the tub free to spin? Check the tub bearings instead. Yes, go to step (3). 3. Disconnect the motor's plug and check the resistance of the windings (pin 1 to 2, pin 1 to 3, pin 2 to 3). All resistance values should be in the range of 4 to 6 ohms. Repair the Speed Control Board if the readings are correct.   We can rebuild faulty control board modules, here is the link: https://www.upfix.com/product-category/appliances/washing-machine/
