E41 is the code I have. My washer also refuses to start. All of the lights are turned on.

The control board believes the door switch is open, as indicated by an E41 error code. Check the door strike if you have the opportunity. Replace the door switch if the door strike is in good working order. Check the wire connection between the door lock and the main control board if you don't hear the lock attempt to close. If everything checks out, replace the door lock. If this does not resolve the problem, the control board must be repaired.
