The relay that controls the drain pump is sticking intermittently. First time it happened I found a used control board and replaced it. a couple years later and the replacement is doing the same thing. I'm good with electronics but have no idea how to deal with the conformal coating that Whirlpool used to coat them. Happy to send both boards to you for repair on both of them if you can do it. Just wanted to be sure that this type of relay replacement on those coated boards is the type of repair you guys do.

We are not able to repair any boards that are sealed with epoxy.

Yea, we have tried to work with these boards but we cannot take them apart without compromising it.

It's actually a soft silicone, but still a pain to remove. Didn't know if you guys had some special solvents or something since you had that model listed in your repair services. I decided to sacrifice one to see if I could manage to get the drain relay changed without totally mangling it. Cut through the plastic carrier in the relay area with a dremel, carefully scraped the silicone off with x-acto tools, and was able to desolder and remove the relay. Ordered a replacement so will see how that works.
