I have this board in a Kenmore elite washing machine and it appears that the board has died. I looked up your address and realized that I am only about 20 minutes from the address listed in Buford, GA. If I were to purchase this service, is there any way that I could just bring you the board directly to save time on the process of shipping? Also, the control board has this glue like substance over it to protect all the components on the board. Are you going to be able to remove and replace that substance when you repair the board? Please let me know.
