I have a Kenmore 79641029900 washer. It seems the board has failed. Will not get past door switch error code. I installed new one. I'm on your website and see EBR62545107 SKU 13177 is the part#. I'd like to order one. Need to know how it works. Do I send old card to be repaired or to you send replacement right away and I send the old one.

, I'm happy to assist you with that. Unfortunately we don't have them for sale. However you can send your part to us for repair and once is ready will ship it back to you. Usually takes 3 days for service and 2-3 days in transit back to you.
