Disconnect the washer's electrical supply and remove the front and rear access panels to access the speed control board. Disconnect the two terminal connectors at the lower front. Release the spring-loaded locking tab on the side of the control board house and disconnect the wire harness. Lift the assembly away from the washer base by lifting the left side of the housing up, sliding the assembly to the back to remove the front tab, and lifting the assembly away from the washer base. Tip the bottom of the assembly toward the motor from the front of the washer and slide it out between the shock absorber and the motor. Raise the top flap by releasing the latches on each end of the speed control housing. Remove the speed control assembly from the washer by unplugging the two connectors and the ground wire. Release the latches on either end at the top and raise the rear open to remove the control board from the housing. Remove the control board by lifting it out.
