Frigidaire washer with an E35 error number. Is it possible that there's an issue with the control board? When I push pause, the water valve stops as it should, therefore I don't think it's a defective water valve.

Check to see whether the pressure hose is clogged; if it isn't, the problem is most likely a malfunctioning control board.We can rebuild faulty control board modules, here is the link: https://www.upfix.com/product-category/appliances/washing-machine/
