The Frigidaire washer began blaring at random this morning and would not stop till disconnected. Does not respond to control manipulation. Is this the primary control board, or am I mistaken?

Yes, it appears that the main board is defective.We can rebuild faulty control board modules, here is the link: https://www.upfix.com/product-category/appliances/washing-machine/
