Our Frigidaire washer did not finish the cycle, leaving the clothing damp. I conducted a diagnostic test after this happened multiple times and received the E5E problem number. After unplugging the washer, I attempted to start a load. Will not fill, but will continue to count down the minutes. I conducted the diagnostic test again, and the result is now E41. Any suggestions would be much appreciated?

When you get the E5E error code and subsequently the E41 error code, it's more probable that the problem is with the main control board rather than the motor control. The control board should be repaired. Here is the link https://www.upfix.com/product-category/appliances/washing-machine/
