My comes on and everything functions well, but it will not spin. When the timer is set to 12 minutes, the machine will only spin for 12 minutes. The pump starts and operates for a few seconds before turning off. The timer counts down, but the pump does not spin. E5E is the fault code. Is it likely that the speed control board is faulty because it was submerged?

The motor control board is most likely the source of the problem. A communication problem between the motor control and the control panel is indicated by the E5E error code.
