I'm receiving an e23 error code. I can't get rid of this problem code or run a diagnostic test. The machine spins and pushes the water out of the pump when I pick "spin simply." Do you have any recommendations?

The control board's drain pump relay had failed. Check the wire connections on the board, and if everything is in order, repair the control board. We can rebuild faulty control board modules, here is the link https://www.upfix.com/product-category/appliances/washing-machine/
