E23 is written on the Affinity washer. Any assistance would be much appreciated!

The error number indicates that a drain pump relay on the board has failed or that a wire from the pump has been disconnected. If the pump's wiring is in good shape with no corrosion or weak connections, the problem is most likely with the main control board, which will need to be repaired.
