Circuit board 63902130 on Maytag Neptune MDG6800AWQ. Has intermittent problem,sometimes control board chirps when not in use, or controls light up but won’t start or scroll up or down. Most of the time works fine. If does stop working you can walk away and can start again in a bit. Is this something that sounds familiar and can be repaired. If so I would like to repair board.

Thank you for reaching out. This sounds like a Keypad issue. This is known to throw faulty symptoms. What is happening is that there is a button that is stuck. it will allow you to press another function but will revert to the function that is stuck or go into safe mode and won't allow full function. If you were to send in the board and still have the same issues after the repair then, it's most likely the keypad. I would start there. It seems like the unit is functioning properly after the initial user's input, Only after that is when the unit reverts back to safe mode.

but I bought a used board so I can get it done quicker but if I have any other issues with the keypads I will contact you but most of the time everything also works on the keypads all down everything else it seem just like a solder joint issue to me thank you for your help
