Dryer problems

I believe the relay that sends power to the motor has gone bad. I have a W10352731. When I hold the start button down, there is a click, but nothing happens. With my meter, I tested the Red and Black cable that sends power to the motor. It shows 98 volts with the start button on and off. I have dabled in fixing dryers before and had a similar issue with another dryer. I have 120V coming into the board and going out at the other connections -- just the larger red and black wires don't show 120v.

Before I order this repair and send it in, I just want to confirm that I am correct in my evaluation.

It sounds like you are on the right track! It is common for relays to go bad in washers. Corrosion build-up on the contacts of the relays could cause the wrong amount (or none) to go to the motor.
