Dryer, How do you access the control panel ?

Removing the top panel entails the following steps: 1. Four plastic pins and two metal tabs hold the top panel in place at the front. Two screws on the back. 2. Remove the two screws, then take the top off by sliding it back approximately 1/2 inch. Removing the electronic display and control: 1. Remove the front panel and disconnect the dryer from the electrical source. 2. Disconnect the control's wires. Note that the locking terminals on the two wires going to relay RL 2 can be unlocked using a tiny screwdriver.3. Disconnect the two wires from the drum light if the dryer is equipped with one. 4. Disconnect the control board's ribbon. 5. Remove the two screws securing the console to the front panel, one in each corner, and raise the console up. I hope this information is useful.3.
