I have a 809160403 Electrolux control board that is "going bad". What happens is that when you turn the dial to select different dry program.... sometimes the cycle changes, sometimes it doesn't, and sometimes the cycle advances in the opposite direction that I am turning the knob. I had a repair company diagnose this as bad control board, but there are no replacement boards available - I've been waiting since July (I have warranty service on this dryer).
My question: Your description indicates you turn repairs around very quickly -- however the ordering screen indicates Dec 10 to Dec 14th to get it back. This is different than the description you give of the service. Since it is not completely broken, I don't want to go without a dryer that long. Can I expect the part repaired and returned very quickly, or December more realistic?
Thank you.
Usually takes 3-5 days for repair and 2-3 days in transit back to you.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.
