99 Dodge Ram Cummins 2500 4x4 My issue with my cluster is that it has a NO BUS error message on the digital odometer. I’ve replaced the cluster, and the error is gone, but my new cluster has the wrong mileage and the gauges are not calibrated correctly. I’d like to get my original cluster repaired if possible (the one with the NO BUS error message)

If there is a CAN bus network issue and the replacement works just has different mileage we can diagnose and see what the issues are with the original one. Just make sure to include that note that you specifically have CAN-bus issues. Alternatively, we can do a mileage correction on your replacement and calibrate the gauges. If you send in the replacement for mileage correction just make sure to include a note that a gauge calibration is required.
