93 Corolla Speedometer Not Functioning Properly. Is it just me, or does my speedometer appear to be failing? When I initially start on the road, I'll accelerate to 50 mph, but the speedometer only shows 5-10 mph. Then it gradually comes up and functions well as I drive.
All of the other gauges on my dashboard are operational.
Someone said that the transmission sensor might be filthy and that it could be cleaned?
Any assistance would be much appreciated!
