E150 2018 My speedometer said 0 despite the fact that I was moving at roughly 55 mph. I also observed that my odometer had dashes instead of numbers, indicating that I was using Fuel Econ. The information was blank, including in Gauge Mode throughout the journey, and just the timer was shown.
