Sending you pictures notice is Mark in kms the cluster face painted numbers as digital. Needs to adjust and mark the cluster or replace the face for miles numbers.
This a 2010 Audi R8 I had in Panama just came to the country need to pass Motor Vehicle inspection of cluster adjustments and Vin and engine numbers.

unfortunately, our mileage programming service won't be of use to you. We only change the digital odometer value, that's it. We don't replace the faceplate, letterings, or convert mileage, letterings, and gauges from km > mi or vice versa. Even if you replace the faceplate, the programming would still be the same so that won't help. If you have another cluster that works perfectly and all you need is the odometer value changed (not the lettering) then we might be able to program it. However due to this being an exotic car R8, it would most likely need to be programmed in the car, so unless you're local in Atlanta, our service won't help. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your interest.

Hello... Yes I found another one used, I can send you both or only the used one in miles? I don't know if replacing the cluster the computer will read it since is a different Vin number, can you advice please, ASAP.

You would need to make sure that the replacement cluster works in your vehicle ie (immobilizer) and that there are no other issues. Again, we can try to do a mileage correction on the replacement and if we're not able to there's no charge but I know from past R8 experiences they're not easy to program. It's always best to get it programmed in the car. If you know someone locally that would be a better route to go.
