When I start my 2009 Toyota Prius, the instrument cluster, which displays the speed, odometer, gear, and lights, is blacked out. Also, when the instrument cluster is blacked out, the radio does not operate. Otherwise, the automobile operates and drives in the same manner as when everything is in working order. When everything else is blacked out, the signal light indication on the instrument cluster does flash.
Does anyone have any ideas?
