I have a 2006 f250 the cluster goes out and power windows and radio stop as well. Does the cluster need to be rebuilt ?

Hi,
Does it go out while you are driving or while parked?. Are the gauges and backlighting working well before the cluster goes out?. It sounds like a wiring issue. I would make sure plugs and pins are free from debris. If all the wiring seems to be fine, then I would consider sending your cluster in for repair. The best way to go about it is process of elimination. If your vehicle has a battery saver relay then that may be the reason for the other functions to malfunction. If so, then yes the issue could be in the cluster and it would be something we address in our repair. Hope that helps. Keep in touch and let us know your findings. Thank you.

k, it goes out even once in a while when I open the door or hit the brake pedal. I will check out the things you said . Thank you
