2006 bmw X5 My instrument cluster main LCD display backlights had stopped working, but only the bottom half, so I assumed the globes had blown. As advised, I installed 5 new globes (because when 1 goes the others will soon follow). There is no distinction!!! So far, I haven't been able to find any further information about this issue in other discussions. Could someone throw any light on this or explain how to unlock the cluster without destroying anything?
