On my 2004 BMW 535, I need/want to replace all of the instrument cluster lights. I did some research online and discovered a few things. My major question is what the component number is for the bulb with the plastic base and wires that connect into it. This is the ABS and Check Engine Light bulb. One of these plastic bases has to be replaced since one of the terminals has melted.
Also, I'd prefer to replace the ordinary incandescent bulbs with LEDs; does anyone have a specific manufacturer they'd recommend over another?
Any assistance would be much appreciated. Thanks.
