When I phoned my local dealer about reprogramming it to the right mileage and vin number for my 2003 BMW 530 instrument cluster, they informed me that this could not be done on a used cluster. I recently had to replace the instrument cluster on my car, which of course was used from a boneyard. I advised them to conduct some investigation since I believe it is possible. Anyhow, why won't my driver-side BC control on my car function while my ABS, BRAKE, and traction control lights are on? What's next?
